I wrote out a post dated check on a payment for a loan. Its from money tree and its a personal shark loan for 8,500. I cant cover the 1,560.00 payment they want and I wrote a check. THIS WAS NOT A PAYDAY LOAN. It was a standard loan with them for my busines.Im scared if I let it bounce that I will go to jail for a bad check. I also wrote them a $500.00 check and i DID NOT write “do not deposit till” but i can cover that one. So if i put 500.00 in my bank will i get in trouble on that check?
